Why Hypnosis?
Deeply rooted in the subconscious mind is where the majority of our behavior is governed. Therefore in order to effect change we must work subconsciously.
Have you ever wondered why when you have tried to change a habit or behavior it usually resurfaces very shortly? Our conscious will power cannot compete with the power that motivates our actions in the subconscious mind.
Hypnosis is the best tool available to access the subconscious programming and make changes to dramatically improve your life. Hypnosis can help your mind, body, thoughts and actions to work together for health and happiness.
What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a deep state of calmness and relaxation. In this state the normal conscious mind is able to open a pathway which allows access into the subconscious.
Many people still relate the word hypnosis with an image of being unconscious and out-of-control. Nothing could be further from the truth. You can hear and respond to everything during the therapeutic process and are an active participant in the therapy.
I am seriously committed to helping you achieve your therapeutic process goals. You cannot and will not ever be compelled to do or say anything under hypnosis that is in conflict with your personal, ethical standards and/ or desires.
What next?
